Ozzy Osbourne
John Michael "Ozzy" Osbourne is an English singer, songwriter, and media personality who first became famous in the 1970s as the lead singer of Black Sabbath. The band is often credited with creating heavy metal and was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2006. Osbourne, who earned the nickname "Prince of Darkness", was a key part of the band's dark and doom-filled sound. Black Sabbath popularized the use of minor keys in rock and elevated the role of the frontman.
