Wild Bill Hickok - Deadwood
Born James Butler Hickok in 1837, Wild Bill was a gunfighter, lawman, gambler, and showman who became a folk hero of the American West. Hickok earned his nickname for his expert marksmanship, which was evident early in his life. He became famous for his shootouts with outlaws like the McCanles gang and for his role in dispersing a mob threatening to lynch a man during the Civil War.
